At Xahui Tours, all our excursions are by prior reservation only.

Once you receive the confirmation email, your reservation is guaranteed. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@xahui-tours.com.

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before the tour: If you cancel and request a refund at least two days (48 hours) before the tour, there is a 10% administrative fee on the total amount paid.

Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, arrive late, or do not show up on the day of the tour, no changes or refunds will be made.

Date Changes

24 hours before the tour: You can change the date of your tour free of charge if you request it at least 24 hours before the tour.
